Return & Refund Policy – KK Scientific Solutions

At KK Scientific Solutions, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted for scientific equipment, laboratory instruments, and consumables.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect confirmed by inspection
  • Product unused and in original packaging

Note: Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used or installed laboratory equipment
  • Consumables, chemicals, reagents, or liquids
  • Customized or special-order scientific instruments
  • Items damaged due to improper handling or misuse

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact KK Scientific Solutions via email or phone
  2. Provide order number, invoice copy, and reason for return
  3. Share clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
  4. Await approval before shipping the item back

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

  • Approved returns must be securely packed
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error is ours
  • Risk of loss during return shipment remains with the customer

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval
  • Refunds will be issued via original payment method or bank transfer
  • Processing time: 7–14 business days after return approval

6. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement may be offered instead of a refund
  • Replacement delivery timelines depend on product availability
  • KK Scientific Solutions reserves the right to choose refund or replacement

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photo/video proof
  • Keep original packaging for verification

Failure to report within this period may void eligibility.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed

9. Limitation of Liability

KK Scientific Solutions is not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss due to incorrect usage
  • Damage caused by unauthorized servicing
